Do I get the copyright of the design?
Yes, When you buy a design/ service from Apple Graphic, ownership of that design transfers to you. However, if you use any picture inside the design, then you have to buy it. Otherwise Apple Graphic will not be able to guarantee the copyright of that photo.
How do I get started?
To get started you need to order your project here. Complete the simple form with your project details. It will take less than 5 minutes. You can also attach files when ordering.
What files will I get?
You will receive different files depending on the type of project you run and the type of design you are requesting. Apple Graphic has Minimum Design Standards that specify certain required file types (see the lists below) that you will receive for each type of project. You will receive these file types unless you specify otherwise in your project brief.
Do I get revisions when I order a service?
Yes. Revision requests work differently for any kind of project. Even you will get unlimited revisions for all premium packages.
How can I send a message to the designer working on my project?
You can interact with your designer very easily. Usually, we use WhatsApp, Messenger, Emails, etc. for regular projects. But for long-term and big projects, we use Slack and Trello to handle multiple projects and communicate with teams. For more details check our Contact Us page
